Scoring Guidance

Primary Criteria: Time spent on obsessions/compulsions daily. Secondary Criteria: Resistance ability + functional impairment.

Rating Approach: Place individual in the highest matching severity stage. If between two stages, consider functional impairment as the tie-breaker.
